The Need: Rapid design and implementation of an aggressive
marketing and strategic partnership program targeted towards
acquiring new partners and increase sales to take advantage
of the rapidly changing and competitive online gardening market.
The Result: Winzo Group designed and implemented a
comprehensive lead generation program that positioned mySEASONS
to achieve their aggressive sales goals. The first point of
business was implementing a guerilla-marketing program that
identified their competitions' existing partners and recruited
them to become mySEASONS partners. The result was the addition
of over 1,500 pre-qualified partner names complete with contact
information to their client-base within 45 days. Simultaneously,
the Winzo Group developed a comprehensive marketing blueprint
that allowed mySEASONS to self-manage this partner program.
mySEASONS realized a 40% increase in sales over the prior
