Designed for the small business proprietor who is not in a position to execute larger programs, or the “pre-launch” entrepreneur who is chained to the drawing board, StrateJams™ begin with a business plan review or re-write (if desired) and morph into regular, structured meetings where we act as the sounding board for your ideas. We walk you through revealing exercises to determine if the course you have set is the best one, provide you with tools to map out your business, and, in follow-up sessions, make sure you are reaching critical milestones, and help you find ways around obstacles or plan next steps.
